Standard Glass offers multiple wattage choices (60W to 150W) with single-channel control (0-10V or DIP switch) for general barn lighting. Dual-Circuit Glass is a dedicated 150W fixture featuring tunable dual-channel control (e.g., 3000K+5000K or 5000K+625nm red) to actively regulate cattle biological rhythms and reduce stress without adding separate fixtures.
It uses tunable dual-channel spectrums to simulate natural daylight transitions (warm white + cool white) and deliver deep-red light (625–630nm). This stabilizes cattle circadian rhythms, reduces herd stress, and encourages consistent feeding and resting cycles.
Both series use dedicated ceramic LEDs that suffer only 1/4 the light decay of conventional LEDs in corrosive barn environments. They pass 72-hour exposure to 28% ammonia concentration and 168-hour H₂S testing. Standard Glass is rated IP65, while Dual-Circuit is rated IP67; both withstand 100 bar / 85°C high-pressure washdowns (IP69K).
Both models support overhead suspension mounting and bus-type daisy-chain wiring. Standard Glass connects via 0-10V or DIP switch dimming, whereas Dual-Circuit Glass requires dual 0-10V signal lines to independently adjust both spectrum channels.
